Harbour Landings Estates (HLE) is a Deed Restricted Community with active, involved members that is managed by an elected 5-member Board of Directors (Board).  A property management company (Community Manager) administers day-to-day operations and reports to the Board.  HLE is governed by the HLE Association By-Laws, HLE Articles of Incorporation, HLE Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s), and HLE Adopted Standards.  Copies of these documents can be obtained by contacting the Community Manager or from this website.
